It works, step by step through the support structures in your body, and how to find balance at each of your major joint centres.
Each section builds upon the one that precedes it, ultimately taking your body back into centre, into balance.
It then takes those same concepts and looks at their application to movement, showing you a brand new way of using your body.
Is this the same book as how to unf*ck your posture?
Yup.
The title has changed, but it’s the same book. I originally called it How to unf*ck your posture. But I want this book to have as broad a reach as possible, and I think a slightly more conservative title helps. The new name, How to Fix Your Posture: A Complete Guide to Re-Balancing Your Body and Moving with Ease, is one you should be able to recommend to you mum.

In terms of pricing, I’ve looked at competitors and decided to make my book much more affordable. Not because it’s not good (I think it’s better), but because I want it to be accessible. Many other people and organisations price their books and courses (in my opinion) outrageously. My book is priced at roughly what most people spend eating out for lunch.
